Meet former Whittier photographer Patrick O'Donnell on Saturday Aug. 24 at the Whittier Museum. Patrick is a Whittier native who worked for the East Whittier Review and Whittier Daily News for many years. He has now published his first book chronicling his photography career in Whittier and beyond. Come listen to Patrick's stories of working in Whittier, meeting Richard Nixon, and photographing many other famous people. Signed books will be available for purchase.
These classes are designed for children 8 to 15 years old. Each class is "stand-alone", so you do not have to attend any of the other classes. Instructors are professional magicians from the Society of American Magicians Hall of Fame. Supplies are included. Cost is $20 per class. All students and their families are also invited to graduation day on Sat. Sept 14 where the students will show off what they've learned.

Your tour guide, Jacob Caputo, will lead you on a flashlight tour of the Whittier Museum. Jacob, creator of the popular Haunted Whittier: Ghosts, Myths, and Legends tour, will regale you with stories of local ghosts - and perhaps you'll wake some of the ghosts at the Museum! Each tour lasts approximately one hour. Tour times are 6:00, 7:30, and 9:00 pm

Tickets will be available at the door (cash, credit, apple pay, Venmo, google pay, Samsung pay all accepted) Produced by the Whittier Museum, the theme this year is "Face Your Fears". Parents - please be advised that scare actors will be present and visitors will be subject to "jump scares". Tickets will be honored for either 10-26 (Saturday 4 to 9 pm) OR 10-27 (Sunday 5 to 9 pm). No ticket refunds. After purchase, you will receive an email with your tickets. Print tickets or show on your phone for entry.
