Join master storyteller Jacob Caputo on Friday August 7 at the Whittier Museum for a tour of the Whittier Museum in the dark! Jacob will regale you with a number of scary tales and you might learn a little Whittier history at the same time. Tours begin at 6:00, 7:30, and 9:00 pm. Tickets are $30 per person. Our September paint workshop will be LA Dodger themed (exact artwork is TBD.) All materials and instruction will be provided. Light snacks will be served. This is a family friendly event - no alcohol will be served. Check-in starts at 6:00 and paint instruction will start promptly at 6:15. $30 for Museum members and $35 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased in the Events section of our on-line shop.
Bring your grandchildren to the Whittier Museum on Sunday September 13 from 11am until 3 pm for a lot of fun and a little local history. Activities include a scavenger hunt, ice-cream truck, guided tours, crafts, and vintage cars. This event is co-sponsored by Visiting Angels and the Whittier Museum. Free for all to attend.
