The Whittier Historical Society owns and operates the Whittier Museum and provides tours of the Historic Jonathan & Rebecca Bailey House. Our mission is to collect, preserve, and display materials of historical significance to the greater Whittier area. We also produce programs and special exhibits of interest to the Whittier community. The Whittier Museum and Bailey House are open to the public with free admission. We hope you will visit soon!

Whittier AAA

Need a vacation? The Whittier Museum is hosting Whittier AAA Travel for a special presentation on exclusive packages with Uniworld Cruises on Wednesday, February 19, starting at 6:00 PM. This is a free travel presentation everyone is welcomed to attend. Additional travel presentations will be hosted on March 18, August 20 and November 5.

We are excited to welcome back one of Whittier's most celebrated artists: Dennis McGonagle. Known for his unique style and colorful depictions, Dennis will showcase new and original works of art on February 8th with an artist reception beginning at 1:00 PM.
